Kevin P. Wigenton is the acting public defender in the municipal courts of both Red Bank and Neptune Township. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association, National Bar Association and the Monmouth Bar Foundation. He is President of the Monmouth County Men's Club, an Acting Chair of the NASD Arbitration Panel and Secretary of Ocean/Monmouth Legal Services.

In addition to the above, Mr. Wigenton is a Court Appointed Attorney for Surrogate Guardianship Matters, a member of the Monmouth County Public Defenders Association and member of both Brookdale College's Diversity Committee and Paralegal Committee.
